• Mandatory final cleaning depends on size of apartment and number of guest.

•  A community residence tax of € 3,00 per person (from 14 years of age) is charged per person and per day - not included to be payed on arrival

• When you book we ask you for a deposit of 30%, payable by bank transfer

• The booked apartments are available from 3 p.m. of the day of arrival, and on the day of departure we ask that you vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. Please understand that in July/August  we only rent the apartments from saturday/saturday.(as well as during the important holidays in december and january

• Pets on request.

• Our house is a non-smoking residence.

Cancellation:

In case you are unable to come to the Bisignano residence to spend your stay, we will do our best to rent your reservation to others in which case the deposit will be refunded If this is not possible, we will apply the following cancellation terms: Up to 30 days from the arrival date: no penalty will be applied, the deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations from 30 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total price of the stay For cancellations 14 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total agreed price In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the total price (also for each day not used) In case of no-show: 100% of the total price of the stay Communication pursuant to Part III, Title III, Chapter I of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code
